What's on
Monday
On Monday we will be launching Eating Disorders Awareness Week 2025. Look out for our video. Make sure you watch to the end and help us raise awareness of eating disorders by sharing it far and wide.
Over on POD - our e-learning platform at 12pm you can join a 1 hour expert chat via zoom focusing on eating disorders and the importance of seeking support early. Reserve your spot.
We will also be making resources available on POD - for friends and family of those with eating disorders. There will be modules to help you learn more about eating disorders and how to support your loved ones.
And don't forget Swan - our online support group for anyone who has or thinks they may have anorexia. which is taking place from 6.45pm to 7.45pm. The theme this week is Helping others understand your eating disorder.
Tuesday
On Tuesday we will be focusing on eating disorders in the workplace. Look out for our content on social and our website. We will also be giving you the opportunity to register your interest in our workplaces training package.

Tuesday evening's online support group - Nest - will be focusing on eating disorders in the workplace and is for anyone with an eating disorder (no diagnosis required).
Wednesday
On Wednesday we will be looking forward to our Autism and eating disorders workshop. This is taking place from 1.30pm to 5pm in the afternoon and costs £55 to attend so grab your ticket now.
If you're a teacher in Essex working with pupils 11+, don't miss out on our free SEND Spotting the Signs training! This will help you identify and prevent eating disorders in your students with SEND. In the evening, from 6.45pm our Kingfisher online support group will be taking place . This is for anyone who has or thinks they may have bulimia or displays some purging tendencies (such as laxative use, over exercising, self-induced vomiting or diuretics). The theme for this group will be self-care after purging.
Thursday
On Thursday we'll be looking at eating disorders and education. Look out for our content on social and our website. We will also be promoting our Spotting the Signs training for school professionals, and Bridging the Gap for those who work with students in universities.
Our support group - Hummingbird - is for anyone with an ARFID (avoidant restrictive food intake disorder) diagnosis and/or experiencing ARFID symptoms.
This week the group's theme will be coping with setbacks.
Friday
On Friday we will be celebrating our fabulous fundraisers over on social.
With Ramadan starting we will also be sharing information on how to navigate this time if you have an eating disorder.
In the evening at 6.45pm you can join Nightingale - our online support group for those with binge eating disorder (no diagnosis is required).
Saturday
On Saturday, we're looking at common misconceptions about eating disorders on our social media and website, and how you can use this knowledge to help further debunk myths and create safer spaces for those with eating disorders to open up and reach out for support.
We'll also be highlighting those who support those with eating disorders - whether you're a partner, parents, sibling, child, family member, friend, or colleague. You can find out more about the support we can offer you.
Sunday
We'll be rounding off Eating Disorders Awareness Week on Sunday by discussing what you can do to help us help others who are affected by eating disorders.
Don't forget to keep an eye on our social media channels in the following week (starting Monday 3 March!) where you can find out what we all achieved this week, from money we've raised to those we've helped.
Autism and Eating Disorders

Join experts Fiona Duffy, Kate Tchanturia, Emy Nimbley, and others for an interactive workshop focused on autism and eating disorders.
This session will cover unique challenges faced by autistic people with eating disorders and their friends and family, and how they can be best supported.
Nest group “Eating Disorders in the Workplace: Navigating Recovery and Professional Life”
When: Tuesday 25 February, 6.45pm - 7.45pm.
Who: For anyone who is navigating an eating disorder (no diagnosis is required)
