Who: For carers of someone with ARFID

Where: online via POD

'ARFID is just fussy eating’,

‘ARFID only effects young children and will be outgrown’,

'There is nothing that can be done to support someone with ARFID!’

These are just some of the myths that currently exist about this eating disorder. However Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder known as ARFID is a recognised diagnosable disorder that has an impact on an individual’s mental and physical health. During this hour-long session, we will be looking at improving awareness and understanding of ARFID, separating myths from facts and exploring what can be done to support individuals and families living with ARFID.

This live webinar will take place on POD - our e-learning platform for carers - which provides you with online modules, resources and spaces to talk to others going through the same thing as you.

You will need to login or sign-up to POD in order to join this FREE webinar.
